Backflow Preventers are necessary to ensure that water from the building/property does not reverse flow into the supply and contaminate it.They are used on all water lines such as potable water, plumbing, fire sprinklers, lawn sprinklers, etc. They also ensure that your drinking water is not contaminated through cross connection. It is required to have a functioning Backflow Preventer. There is annual testing at a minimum. Some Backflow Preventers must be tested semi or quarter annually.
Our technicians are NEWWA certified to perform Backflow Testing on RPZ, DCVA, PVB, and AVB assemblies.
